While many of us have come to know and love the term athleisure, Pritchard said now it’s all about “athleisure.”

“The sporty aesthetic is dressier than ever,” she said. “Heroic sports brands have teamed up with luxury fashion houses, and it looks like the collaborations aren’t over yet. This comfy trend is easy to pull off.

“Designers brought back the oversized blazer but revamped the trend with extremely bold shoulders,” Pritchard said.

While this look might seem like a tough piece to wear for some, she said it’s actually more versatile than you might think.

Stylist tip: Pair this look with slim bases to balance out the extreme proportions. A rule of thumb to follow: If an oversized garment takes up half your body, keep it slim on the other half.

Another tip is to try heading to the men’s section for a huge assortment of oversized blazers instead of spending big bucks on some of this season’s latest women’s designer picks.
