Crime in Houston, Texas: Gunwoman wearing pink shoes robs store

HPD Robbery Division investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the woman.

HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department Robbery Division asking for help identifying a woman they said robbed a convenience store on the south side last month.

It happened in a store Martin Luthor King Boulevard near Van Fleet Street in the South Park neighborhood.

The police released burglary surveillance video.

Houston police say a woman entered the store with a handgun around 5 p.m. on Oct. 29. She then pointed the gun at the customers and the employee while walking towards the counter.

The woman then demanded a carton of cigarettes. Police said once she had the cigarettes, she got out and drove away in a red Kia Soul.

The woman is described as black wearing a pink hoodie, black shorts and fuzzy pink shoes.
